Cargo-Delivery (http://www.cargo-delivery.uk.tt/) is supposedly a delivery service where a buyer and a seller can make a "safe" transaction via the Internet, and the seller doesn't get paid until the buyer accepts the shipment or product. I was making a transaction to rent an apartment located in Madrid, Spain from the owner who is currently living in Cambridge, UK.
