I have had 12months of trouble with this company. Since purchasing a Nintendo DS for my young son. The DS broke twice despite having been hardly used because it got misplaced in his wardrobe for most of the 12 months. It was returned for repair twice. They have demanded £40 for the second repair even though it should still be in warranty. They say it is due to misuse, NOT TRUE. They are demanding £40 to repair or £15 to return on top of all of the return fees, import duty and original charges that have already been incurred... read full review »
