I ordered my ink cartridges in September and received an email saying my order was processed and had been sent out via Royal Mail post. My money has been taken, however the goods still not received. I do not know if the package is caught up in the backlog of mail or if it wasn't sent at all, owing to the company having gone bust in the same week.
