These people are ripping consumers off by withdrawing funds from your account without your permission. I talked to a customer service rep whom states that the terms and conditions are not read completely by the consumers stating that these charges will occur. I disagree. I know for a fact that I've completely backed out of an application because I did not agree to any terms and I never rec'vd confirmation stating that any transaction would occur.
