I orderded a CD about grants. I was charged a small amount, and was told, that all I was ordering was the cd, and there would be no further obligation, or expense, unless I autherised it. I discovered, on Oct 31, that a debit of $38.90 will be taken out of my account. This debit was never authorised. I tried to talk to a rep. and they can't find my account. I want an immediate refund. If i don't get one I will start legal proceedings. I am cancelling my card so that no other unautherized deduction can be made. ... read full review »
