I called and cancelled my order before the 14 day trial was over so that I could return the product. I was told that I had 10 days to send it back so that my account would not be charged. That was on Friday, and today (Tuesday) my card was charged $78.81. I called and they gave me the run around and asked if Iwanted to just keep the product for a discounted price. After about 3 times asking, I repeated that I just wanted to send it back and get my money refunded. The gentleman said that he was only authorized to refund me $60.
