USBI TeleUno I agree 100% on this and in fact, I am contacting the Federal Communications bureau regarding these scammers. I noticed that this company (TeleUno) was charging me about $5.95-$8.00 per month on my bill and the same thing happened to me, I would get the round around and no one that was able to speak English to were we could understand each other. I asked to speak to someone in spanish since I speak it myself and they canceled my services but told me that I will not get any credits since I have authorize the charges.
