Below is an email thread that explains it all. According to your reps, you have already tried sending the refund out previously. So how is now you cannot find this info??? I signed up over the phone with Ken Dawson on 5-4-09 for $199. Within two days I could not find any houses in the areas I wanted that I could afford.
