Had to speak to a total of EIGHT people over the course of a month to find out exactly what all the BOGUS and hidden charges were. Asked to cancel service MANY MANY times before it got disconnected, but they still tried to charge for it. For a huge filthy rich behemoth they sure are behind the times technologically. Collections does not have access to all account notes. Customer service does not have access to Collection's notes.
