I orrdered this product as a sample and gave authorization for them to charge my card for a ONE TIME fee of $3.95 shipping and handling. I called them again four days after receiving this product and told them about the unsatisfactory side affects I was having and they reassured me that they would not be sending me another bottle. I received two additional charges on my credit card about one month later, with a bottle of product to arrive in my mail a week later.
