I have purchased two diomond items from Diamond Works shop over the total amount USD 2.000 but I was charged of the amount ZAR 16.985 which is not less than USD 2.168. The company refuses to return the overchaged amount of USD 168 despite they accept that the agreed price is USD 2.000 ( they claim the agreed price was roughly USD 2.000, I claim that 8.4 % overcharging doesn't fit the definition of "rough" to me!). I have send e-mails directly and through the hotel which recomended the shop, the company refused the pay back the overcharged amount. read full review »
