I received e-mail stating I signed up for instant 411, when I have never heard of the company defore. They were billing my Embaq phone bill for $14.95 a month without my knowledge. I just happened to call and inquire about the business. when I demanded to be removed from the charges and not be notified again, the salesperson made it sound like it was my entire fault for subscribing in the first place. read full review »
