Thane International, Inc. is a disreputable company, selling products that they will not support or repair. The Thane International Flavor Wave Oven deluxe is a good product when it works properly - that is the only good thing that can be said. The heating element in my oven burnt out. I call Thane International and Thane International stated there were no heating elements in stock, that they were phasing the unit out, but would be happy to sell me another 'newer' version.
