Faulty manufacturing of is suspected to be the culprit of two (2) Vizio plasma television sets purchased by a Mississippi resident, and turned on within 24-hours of each other. Consumer contacted customer service with the company about the claim, and was simply advised "It's outside the manufacturer's warranty" leaving the consumer to explore all other options available to her.
