I returned their materials the day after I received them. I had paid $9.95 for a free trial" I requested they cancel my account. That was a month ago. This month I was shocked to see they had taken $99.02 from my checking account. I tried their 800 number 4 times and had to wait behind 6 to 11 other callers. When it came time for me to speak to a representative, I was disconnected every time! I emailed them 3 times and still no response. They stole my money!
