I, too was scammed out of 87.13 plus 2 bank charges of 35.00 each because of this debit - I never received the "FREE" product, or any phone calls, but was still debited that amount. I have place several calls, only was able to talk to someone one time- David Lopez, he gave me the same crap- refund within 7 days and a confirmation number- guess what? 15 days later, no refund and no one answers the phone- if they do, you are on hold forever and I tried calling from 2 phones at once.
