Dear Editor, On 30th Oct 09, my son paid Rs. 3, 900/- for recharging my Dish TV account VC# 01501349472. Since then I am getting an error message “Recharge your Dish TV account to avail services”. The complain numbers are: 30346636, 30376097 and 30409493. Nothing has been done yet. On Sunday, after lots of cajoling, the technical support team called me up but did nothing and told me to keep the TV on for 2 hours which I did and nothing happened after that also.
