Allegro Medical is to be avoided. As with many others who have complained, I ordered a product, my credit card was immediately charged, ten days later the order was still awaiting shipment. Order was cancelled, weeks go by, several emails go unanswered, two phone calls are made and grand promises made, but the charge still remains on my card. I have forwarded everything to my credit card company and will be filing a complaint with BBB. I was also wondering if taking them to Small Claims court would get their attention.
