Dear Sir I am a customer of Bharti Airtel Limited. We have a unit in okhla phase 1 in the name of Regent Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Last 2 week back Airtel changed our static ip without any information. Static ip is used for conectivity of our okhla unit to the General Motor part at US. Now this connectivity failed for last 3 weeks. When we approch to the Airtel they said sorry.
