They shipped a defective battery with no protective packaging. Could not locate a replacement within 2 weeks, and then cancelled the order. They did credit my account for the battery and what it cost to ship it back to them, but Would not accept a return/ or give credit on a Leather Cell Phone Case which would not fit my phone.
