Believe the negative reviews on this company. My own experience mirrors theirs including: 1) shipment of a refurbished item when I ordered a brand new one and 2) no delivery of another item (the expensive piece of merchandise) after two delivery dates. These people simply lie and misrepresent to the point where they could only be diagnosed as sociopaths.
