I did not find a great deal of reviews about the company when I researched them, but those few I did find were positive so I took a chance and got the modem to connect to the internet when I visited Europe this past summer. After a week of very little usage which I meticulously tracked, I could not connect to the service. I kept getting "searching" messages.
