The Papa Johns pizza location on 21st and Market Street in Philadelphia - delivered me cold pizza after almost 2 hours of ordering it, and then wouldn't get me a replacement because I took ONE bite from it! Papa Johns *** I tried to call the manager, and he said that's company policy. refused to give me his full name and his manager's name. kept making excuses like - I've only been here three weeks and I'm doing what I'm told - but doesn't even know the name of the manager. the delivery guy was also very rude, and literally snatched the money from my hand after I said the pizza is cold. read full review »
