I ordered a box set of dvd's of a tv series that should have included 3 volumes with a total of 113 episodes and a episode guide. Also included art work from the tv show (whatever that is)! I got 1 volume with 11 episodes (no artwork, no episode guide) Customer service said I miscounted, after 3 hrs. of e-mail he said I had all I was going to get. He said they would refund the purchase price if I paid $25.00 to ship them back or keep what I have and they will deduct shipping. So, I paid $59.95 for 11 episodes of a tv show instead of $85.00 for 113. read full review »
