Since CP Morgan's bankruptcy, there are several brand new home owners who's warranties are still valid, who's warranty issues are not being taken care of. There are so many things going wrong with our home that is less than a year old. Nobody to fix the problems. Less than 6 months after being built, several shingles have blown off, walls are cracking terribly, nail pops everywhere, entry doors leak and are uneven in the frames, our yard was not seeded or packed properly and we now have a huge cave in in our front yard, the beam that supports our upstairs is bowing, we might as well tear it down and start over. read full review »
