Prosperan Bank continually made HORRIFYING decisions on a condo project we recently completed with them. They cost our team tens of thousands of dollars, lengthened the project duration (and therefore, carrying costs) and caused gut-wrenching stress. Unfortunately, our team is now left to pay the price for this. Their current insolvency, lopsided, high-risk portfolio and poor standing now appear to have been the cause of their mismanagement of our loan.
