The note below is one that I was going send to the complany selling the product UltraRes. There is no means to send them any correspondence, only a phone number to call. I called to try to get the product cancelled. They could not find my name or order number in the system. This is smelling of fraud all the way. I'll be sending a letter to the BBB today.
