I received a CD in the mail that appeared to be updated software from the U.S. Postal Service. I installed it, and THEN discovered that I had signed up for an ongoing service at something like $17.99 per month. My mistake. I immediately attempted to cancel this account, but there is no mechanism to do this online. I called the customer service number to cancel this today, and, although I was successful, the person on the phone continued to give me the hard sell.
