November 3, 2009. To whom it may concern: Hello, I am sending this letter in regards to the service I received on October 26, 2009, at approximately 6 o’clock pm. I entered the shop and asked the gentleman at the front counter if there was a charge just to check to see if my back tire on the passenger’s side had a slow leak. He informed me that there was no charge to check the tire, and that they would be more than happy to do so.
