Never, ever buy a product from Crutchfield. I ordered a Sony camera for my husband for his birthday and when he used it, the picture had multiple lines through the camera. Crutchfield's response was that it it was now Sony's problem. Sony, in Texas, has been contacted multiple times, and they are hopeless. We sent the $400 camera back only to have it returned to us in the same condition.
