I purchased a money pak card for my sister in law. I'm in Georgia and she's in South Carolina and she has a Green Dot card and I assumed this would be a simpler, less expensive way than Money Gram or Western Union. Well I paid $4.95 for the card and loading $75.00 on it. When I scratched the numbers off there were only eight. I contacted the so called Customer Help line and have been given the runaround and told someone will call you "tomorrow" since Friday.
