This company debted my account $29.95 for a program of which I had no knowledge. When I saw the debt I immediately called to cancel. The first person I spoke to told me, no problem, a refund will be sent in 3 -5 business days. A week later the next person told me 5-7 business days. Well I'm now up to 5-14 business days and since I haven't received my refund they will do a follow up report which will take another 5-7 business days.
