Thought they were great when I found their site. Placed my order on Thursday Dec 18. Paid extra for "express shipping" two days so I would have it for my son's computer on X-mas. Monday, Dec 22, nothing. Called. Gave me some lame excuse that they sent an email that an item was back ordered. An email I never received, and they can't provide me a "property" to show it was sent.
