I brought them a diamond to mount, paid for it...and wait forever for it to come in. Finally I call the store to see whats going on and the manager gets on the phone to tell me they LOST my diamond and I would have to pay for another one if I wanted it mounted!! Theft! Plain and simple!! And they wouldnt even give me my money back to have the diamond set! I basically paid them to steal from me. This company should be shut down! read full review »
