These people are absolutely disgusting the way they operate...something needs to be done about this. It appears that they have ripped off a number of people like myself by advertising a free trial - and then charging the full amount for the product anyway. First of all I DID NOT even receive the trial product, then I got a nice surprise when I checked my account becasue they withdrew $87.62. When I tried to call the phone number on the bottom of the advertisement (866-989-8945) the phone was never answered. I was left on hold until I finally hung up!
