I got a call multiple times from their customer service from India to join an unlimited international calling plan to India for 69.95 USD per month. Convergia salesperson asked me if my existing phone provider was Comcast, Verizon etc and not optimum.I confirmed that I have a phone connection with Comcast. After this I joined the international calling plan to India.
