Ordered a couple of dolls off the website with the free promotional Holiday Tote. After I entered payment info and confirming. The promotional item that was pictured and said was "in stock" and valued at 19.99, was no longer available after the payment was accepted. When I contacted the company by email, they said they didn't anticipate the high volume of orders and ran out. Even though the website still promises the free tote 3 days later.
