I ordered some sympathy wind chimes from Outdoordecor and was told the item was on back order and that my credit card would not be charged until the order was shipped. This was a lie. My card was charged immediately and the item was never shipped. Now it seems the company has skipped town. This item was for my friend in another city who had just lost his mother. read full review »
