I recieved the product 10 days before the 14 day trial period ended. When I called because I was under the assumption the 14 day trial began when I recieved the product, I was told by a very rude customer service person named Dana that the trial began the day the product was ordered. How can you start using something the minute it is ordered, you need to recieve the product before you can begin using it. Then When I told them I wanted to cancel and return the product I was told I couldn't return it for a refund. All I want is the 79.95... read full review »
