Took a trial offer for $1.95 plus shipping. When trial arrived an invoice was inside saying product would be shipped at $83.95 if not canceled within 14 days. We called and wanted to cancel the order and got someone who could not speak or understand English. After about 1/2 hour later they did say it was canceled. However I just looked at my on line bank statement and 2 withdrawals have been made for $83.95 and $88.90 which I did not authorize. I called the company today (Nov.4, 2009)and they said they would reverse the charges. If they don't I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorneys General of their state.
