Used a site called MVQ Valmax and ended up being billed $19.95 per month from IDPROTECT for services I never ordered. Company promised to refund 4 months of billing but never did. Bank of America no help- VISA corporate 800-visa-911 said I have to file complaint with Nat'l League of credit cards 800 -876 7060.
