They said a coupon was submitted and drawing held 9/25/09 and my husband was a 3rd place winner, winning $4.5 million and a Mercedes Benz. They wanted a registration fee of approximately $1295.99 charged on our credit card to release the prize being held by Wells Fargo Bank. They said prize delivery was scheduled for 11/13/09. I was confident the caller was not calling from the U.S., but I did not know what country he was calling from. The caller's name was Bill Washington (no doubt a made-up name).
