Like others have reported, Omni took an initial retainer from my aged parents with the promise of working with the IRS to get an abatement of penalties on their tax debt. They owed the IRS about $30, 000. After 3 years and endless demands for more money, Omni has achieved NOTHING except to cost my parents the $15, 000 that OMNI has charged. My parents have steadily paid the IRS AND OMNI, and now owe the IRS about $15, 000. If they had not paid OMNI to help them, they would have paid off their debt by now.
