My staff and I stayed at the Days Inn for business purposes upon arrival we were told that we only had reservations for 4 rooms when our confirmation clearly showed 5. The clerk looked it up in the system and stated that her info showed 4 rooms I showed her our reservation she stated that it must be tour travel agency. I asked her for another room she informed me they were booked and had no other vacancies. The nearest hotel would be 30 miles away we were stuck between a rock and a hard place.
