Ok, I received two phone calls on my cell phone (which is not even under my name) from these people today. I did not answer, but they left a message on my phone. 1) they never stated who they were calling for (it could be for the person who's name the cell is under), 2) I tried calling them back twice, as I have never received any paper notification of any of my bills going to a collection agency, and both times I never even spoke to someone, they just hung up on me!
