I have been using Youthology eye serum for about a year. I have experienced moderately good results. Nothing spectacular, but I chose to continue to receive the product. In August 2009 my debit card expired. I received an email from Youthology stating that they had tried to charge the expired debit card but with no success. I contacted Youthology, gave them my new debit card number, they debited my account and I continued to receive shipments of the product.
