My friend and I were members at the LA fitness center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. On one occasion the person swiping ID cards at the front desk began antagonizing my friend and called him a "faggot." We reported this to one of the managers (Mike) but he said that since he did not hear the derogatory remark, he was not inclined to do anything about it.
