All I have to say is wow! If you are smart-never purchase Guardsman protection plan for your mattress. It took me 3 years of fighting with Guardsman to have the mattress finally replaced. It is a total joke. Their customer care is disrespectful and down right rude! I have the same to say about Wolf furniture in Hagerstown, MD. They would only replace my mattress if I physically brought it back to their store--come on--$3, 500 I pay for a mattress and get treated like this! read full review »
