First Franklin illegally entered my home, changed the locks and removed all of my belongings. All they did was say it was a mistake and returned the new key. And then they did it again two months later. I have tried contacting them repeatedly by phone, mail, email, fax. They have ignored all communications from me and my attorney regrading the incident. This happened 8 months ago. I have not received any response from them at all. They know that this is illegal and refuse to acknowledge that it has happened.
