I originally signed a contract with Fizz Telecom who were later bought our by Adept. At no time have I signed a contractfor my home telephone line rental with Adept. I needed a phone and broadband packagae which Adept could not offer, so terminated my agreement with them to go to another supplier who could offer me the product I needed. I asked Adept if they had a similar product and they said they did not, which left me with no alternative but to change.
